Hi, mehreen… Happy Birthday to you ….its really having great pleasure talking 2 u ..i wasn’t aware of this blog … infant I’m in contact with Umera Ahmed on email and she told me abt this talk room…. Needless to say Doraha is really THE EXCEPTIONAL among all the other Tuti fruiti TV plays being aired on diff channels . The best part I always admire of your plays is the thought provoking concepts, fast pace stories, short scenes , special attention on human emotions and small small details. All these ingredients are beautifully crafted in Doraha … believe me my wife and sister in law both are never been interested in watching TV plays but on my special recommendation they have started watching DORAHA and now they are getting more and more enthusiastic very week .. even they have called upon their friends of IBA & LUMS and do promotion of this play …. Two Thumbs up….
No doubt umera ahmed has written best script and dialogues. Sonia Rehman, Humayun, Sanam Baloch and specially Baddu everyone has given exhilarating performances ….. the divorce scene of episode 9 was so well directed and performed that anybody cld feel the pain as he is present there…. A big applause should be given to HS/AK and 7th sky team as well…….
….. I just want to know few things ….. is Sonia Rehman the same lady who wrote ‘Aur Zindagi Badalti hein” for you …? Where is ‘ Azra Babar’ these days… she had given such a nice tele films with you in the beginning? tell us the lead cast of MALAL , is it your another project with 7th sky , when it will be aired ….

Your drama Doraha is a great achievement in TV industry after so long. I live in Calgary ALberta Canada, where extreme temperature (-30 to -42 degree centigrade )even freezes all our emotions, but beleive me Doraha keep warming our feelings but one thing according to me Sonia although having intense love for Humayun saeed (Umar)but she should not remarry bc she should have umar realize that life is not so easy that once you lost your love you cant have it back, you have to suffer your mistakes through out the life so that you learn the lesson.
